Arora Group Acquires Novotel London West, Hammersmith.

11th September 2025 - The Arora Group, one of the UK’s leading hotel and property development companies and Deva Capital, an investment arm of Banco Santander’s Alternative Investments division, focusing on real estate debt, equity and corporate solutions, are proud to announce the acquisition of the Novotel London West, a landmark property in Hammersmith. This strategic acquisition marks the Arora Group's second hotel in central London, significantly strengthening our presence in the capital’s thriving meetings and events market. The purchase of Novotel London West expands our portfolio to more than 20 hotels and over 8,000 keys, further solidifying our position as a leader in the UK's hospitality sector.

 

Located in the heart of West London, Novotel London West boasts over 630 guest rooms and one of the largest conference and events facilities in the UK, with capacity for up to 3,000 delegates across 33 flexible meeting spaces. Its central location and state-of-the-art amenities have made it a cornerstone of London’s business tourism landscape.
