Lord Banner practices from Keating Chambers and is widely recognised as a leading expert in planning, environmental, public, and commercial law. His career is marked by his involvement in some of the UK’s most significant infrastructure and development projects. Notably, he recently led the "Banner Review," an independent report commissioned by the UK Government to examine national infrastructure delivery.
