Sanjay has been with the Group for over a decade, playing a pivotal role in its expansion across hospitality, retail, property, and leisure sectors. His leadership was evident from his first major transaction during the height of the pandemic, the purchase of St John’s Wood Care Home and has since been central to key milestones, including the acquisition of the two large shopping centres, the development of a market-leading property team, and the delivery of the state-of-the-art Buckinghamshire Golf Club.

As CEO, Sanjay will work closely with the senior leadership team to drive the Group’s continued growth and strengthen its position as a leading private business in the UK hospitality and property sectors.
