The Arora Group is pleased to announce that it has exchanged contracts with Landsec to purchase 102 Petty France, a landmark property in a prime central London location. The building, formerly known as Queen Anne's Mansions and more recently as 50 Queen Anne's Gate, sits in the heart of Westminster, overlooking St. James's Park.

The purchase, for a total eventual cash consideration of £245m, will be a significant addition to the Arora Group’s diverse portfolio. At over 525,000 square feet and fourteen storeys high, the building dominates the Westminster skyline.

Along with the purchase of the iconic Heythrop College site in Kensington Square, London in November 2023, the Arora Group is now poised to own two super prime assets with fantastic redevelopment potential.

The current tenant is scheduled to vacate the property at the end of 2028, presenting a unique redevelopment opportunity. With a proven history as a leading developer of luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality assets, the Arora Group will be exploring all potential avenues for the site’s future.
